Slava Ukraini

Meaning “Glory to Ukraine!”, “Slava Ukraini” is a Ukrainian salute symbolizing Ukrainian sovereignty and resistance to foreign aggression. In the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, this piece was an act of expression and solidarity for my family, our kin, our ancestors, and those who are enduring the acts of atrocity in and around Ukraine.
