"FunnyFace Alphabet/analog film strip-type"

Creation of a full Roman/Latin alphabet, punctuation, symbols, and numbers using a physical material, constructed and manipulated though a hands-on approach, photographed, and inserted into a design application to explore display and visual approach. Form is informed by the quality and physicality of material. Once removed from the photographed background, the alphabet can function modularly to create visual applications – seen through the applied editorial context, a developed conceptual design for a topic that might be featured in The NY Times Book Review.
